Second week of school...

The second week of school has started, already I had to tell the teachers more then once that Jerid was not to have any milk not even Lactose free milk, They did it anyway and guess what he was gassy and refusing food when he got home! I don't know what it is, apparently he has more issues then Lactose intolerance. I had to send his own juice boxes to school to make sure he has something other then water to drink. On a happier note, we go to our local coffee shop in Chaska, a Carabou Coffee, Most Sundays and we have our coffee, Jerid is the one who asks for our water, that we normally have after coffee, and he normally stands at the counter and signs for the water, then I specify how many and that is our order. This last Sunday wasn't much different except when he went to make the order he not only signed water he said Wa,wa. Squeee!!! It was the first time Jerid spoke in the coffee shop to someone other then Justin or myself and we didn't have to prompt him which was HUGE!!! I think even the lady behind the counter, who has seen surved us many times before was about to cry. When I said good job, Jerid had on the biggest grin. I think he was proud too! In other news the day before Sunday which was Saturday, I know I'm going backwards, I preformed a wedding. It was the biggest one I have done so far. (Now it's three weddings I have done, so far so good) Jerid was there and so was Justin, there is pictures coming soon and I will post them as soon as I get them. I have also posted some of Justin's gigs on You Tube and if you want to see an intresting band sing intresting original songs check it out all you have to do is google Feng Shui Ninjas. and it pic you see is dark but it is there!

Jerid is heading off to middle school in a couple of weeks and oh, my gosh I am beside myself because he is still just my little baby, not the ten year old he has become!

It has been over a year since Jerid started to go to Kidtalk and oh my gosh he is starting to communicate better and better as time goes on... He is trying more then he ever has and I think that school in the fall will help him even more (he thrives on a schedual) and I can't wait to see what will happen next!!
